Manage your Digicel life the easy way with ‘My Digicel’ app

Digicel Vanuatu has announced the release of its new ‘My Digicel App’ an interactive and user friendly tool that allows customers to manage their overall mobile experience.

The official launch took place at the Digicel Port Vila Flagship which included Free Giveaways for customers all day. 

My Digicel App is the first of its kind, a full service self-care app, designed to empower the consumer to activate more plans by making them more accessible. 

Having undergone significant changes in both look, feel and functionality, the app now boasts a whole host of new and amazing features including data and credit balance widget, a simple to follow graphic display of customers’ usage, plan filtering and the ability to activate, deactivate and upgrade data plans.  

In addition, once downloaded, the app is free to use as not a single MB of a customers’ data is used to access the information and content available on the app.

It also features social media feeds so customers can connect with Digicel through Twitter and Facebook and take advantage of exclusive offers through the app. 

The ‘My Digicel’ app has an automatic log in capability in most markets and is available through the Play Store and Apple’s App Store to all smartphone users.
