The clip, which was filmed some years ago according to the Daily Beast, shows the 'Hotline Bling' rapper getting up close and personal with a young woman he pulled on stage during a concert.
After commenting on the unnamed fan's hair, Drake pulls her shirt to the side before kissing her on the neck and wrapping his arms around her chest, while the crowd erupts in cheers.
"Y'all going to have me get carried away again," he tells the audience.
"I get in trouble for shit like this!"
When the Grammy Award winner then asks the girl how old she is, she replies that she's 17 - prompting jeers from the crowd.
"I can't go to jail yet, man!" Drake responds.
"I don't know whether I should feel guilty or not, but I had fun."
"I like the way your breasts feel against my chest. I just want to thank you," he adds, before kissing the girl on her hand, cheeks and lips.
The newly resurfaced video has gone viral on Twitter, prompting many to comment on the inappropriate nature of the interaction.
"Pulling a female fan out of a crowd and then kissing her is really, really not OK to begin with," one Twitter user wrote.
"The fact that she's underage just makes it more disturbing."
