Fiji Red Cross

A cheque was presented by Communication, Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator, Dickinson Tevi to the Director General of Fiji Red Cross Filipe Nainoca.

The cheque was a donation from the Vanuatu Red Cross Society to assist Fiji Red Cross with the TC Winston relief efforts.

According to RNZI, Fiji Red Cross says it has assessed about 11,000 households, and is currently focussing on aid distribution efforts.

The Fiji Red Cross director general, Filipe Nainoca, says most of what they are currently providing is to assist people to build or get temporary shelter.
