Justin Bieber's abandoned pet monkey 'has issues'

The animal was kept by airport officials at Munich because Biebs didn't have the right paperwork for his pet.

But he did not return to claim the animal, so authorities sent the 23-week-old monkey to the animal park.

Now, according to Asta Knoth from the Serengeti Wildlife Park in Hodenhagen: "He still has issues speaking the capuchin language".

"He still tries to imitate human speech. He sometimes makes weird scratchy sounds which are not typical for capuchins. That’s why we think he still tries to talk to humans."
