Sevu Reece named in the All Blacks squad to the Rugby World Cup

Reece had an impressive season where he was the leading try scorer in Super Rugby for the Crusaders and also produced a scintillating performance against the Wallabies in the second Bledisloe Cup match.

Coach Steve Hansen has also selected stars such as the Barrett brothers, Beauden, Jordie and Scott, Kieran Read, Aaron Smith, Ben Smith, Tj Perenara, Sam Cane, Dane Coles and Reiko Ioane.

Hansen has also included Brodie Retallick and Ryan Crotty who had suffered injuries earlier in the season.

Cokanasiga named in England’s Rugby World Cup squad

The 21-year-old was born in Fiji but moved to England with his family when he was three-years-old.

He currently plays for Bath in England and got his first call up to join the England rugby team back in 2017.

Some other players included in the squad by Coach Eddie Jones are Maro Itoje, Mako Vunipola, Billy Vunipola, Owen Farrell, Manu Tuilagi, Anthony Watson and Ben Youngs.

Among those missing out are Brad Shields and Danny Cipriani.

England is pooled Tonga, France, Argentina and USA.

McKee to name his Flying Fijians RWC squad this Friday

Head Coach John McKee is confirmed to be naming his final squad on Friday.

McKee has given the players five days to rest before they will leave their families and loved ones behind for a month for national duties in Japan.

McKee who will leave for Australia tonight says he will be back on Thursday before they name the side on Friday.

Players who are sure starters for the World Cup include Semi Kunatani, Viliame Mata, Dominiko Waqaniburotu, Frank Lomani, Semi Radradra, Sam Matavesi, Josua Tuisova, Ben Volavola, Leone Nakarawa and Campese Ma’afu.
