Tok Tok Vanuatu displays beauty of Vanuatu

This year’s Tok Tok Vanuatu had 52 buyers from seven countries and 55 sellers from the provinces of Vanuatu.

Mrs Aru said visitors continue to increase and it is exciting to see new products developing and new infrastructure establishing in Vanuatu.

She thanked the sponsors for this event especially ANZ Bank for being a partner since Tok Tok Vanuatu began 16 years ago and others who have contributed significantly to the event.

Tok Tok Vanuatu 2018 another huge success

In its 16th year, TOK TOK has again played an important role in tourism growth for Vanuatu.

2018 Tok Tok Vanuatu took place last week at Warwick Le Lagon- Vanuatu assembling close to 150 delegates ie. 58 sellers (local tourism operators) and 55 buyers (international wholesalers & media) coming from Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, the United States, Fiji Islands, China, Japan, and Europe.

Final preparations underway for Tok Tok Vanuatu 2018

This year Tok Tok will be held at the Warwick Le Lagon, Vanuatu in the Farea Pasifik Convention Centre.

VTO has confirmed that 52 booths have been erected so businesses (Sellers) can meet with wholesalers and agents (Buyers) during the 2 day business-to-business meetings.

The Chef du village, Sebastien Bador, VTO’s Research and Information Manager, has taken the role of officer-in-charge of the village set up and lay out since 2008.

Organised by the Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) with assistance from the tourism industry, Tok Tok Vanuatu is held every year.

2016 TOK TOK – Vanuatu on Show Again

“TOK TOK is an integral part of the Tourism Recovery Campaign which has been in full swing for the last three months. The campaign to date has included television advertising campaign, social media and digital promotion, travel agent education. The next step is to invite this very important group to Vanuatu and let them experience our beautiful country for themselves”, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism Joe Natuman.
