MP Isaac Tongolilu returns to Vanua’aku Pati

MP Tongolilu presented a custom mat to pave his way back into the party.

He explained Friday that he waited for the motion of no confidence to be debated in Parliament before he could move back because he has signed the documents including the Attestation allegedly binding him to stick with the Opposition for the vote of no trust.

The motion of no confidence was defeated by the Government by 31 votes against 19.

Loughman said he welcomes back MP Isaac saying that he believed the Epi Member of Parliament was going to come back.
