The observers attributed this to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and extreme weather conditions during the time of polling.
The group's acting director general, George Hoa'au, says the observer mission covered the four largest constituencies in Vanuatu - Luganville, Tanna, Malekula and Efate.
The Observer Mission included representatives from the MSG's other full members: Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and New Caledonia's Kanak and Socialist National Liberation Front or FLNKS.
