The Minister for sports and youth Development of Vanuatu, Semion Seule, said the Pacific games council will always play an important role on the development of sports in the region.
Seule made the statement on his inaugural speech to launch the Pacific Games Council meeting held in Port-Vila this morning.
He said this meeting is another avenue for sharing ideas and partnership to continue to build good relations in sports as well as cultures from the pacific region.
The minister has welcomed the PGC in Vanuatu saying” it is very important to collaborate and dialogue today for a better tomorrow in sports.
The meeting of the PGC is being held at the athletes center in Port-Vila.
