Passenger heading to Honolulu arrested for biting flight attendant

A passenger aboard a Hawaiian Airlines flight has been arrested after allegedly biting a flight attendant.

Togio Aumeaualogo, 35, was on Hawaiian flight 466 Tuesday morning from Pago Pago, American Samoa to Honolulu. Witnesses say he was belligerent, threatened the flight crew and then bit one of the flight attendants.

FBI agents and Hawaii State Sheriff Deputies arrested the American Samoa resident at the Honolulu International Airport.

If convicted of interfering with a flight crew, which is a federal offense, he could face 20 years in prison.
