Bernard Daniel is now focused on training for the OFC Champions League 2017 after playing an instrumental role in Erakor Golden Star’s win in the Top Four Super League 2016 in Port Vila.
Daniel scored Erakor Golden Star’s first goal against Ifira Black Bird FC at Port Vila Stadium last weekend.
Daniel previously played for Spirit 08 FC since 2008 and only joined Erakor Golden Star this year.
He continued to train hard and made it to the first 11 of Erakor Golden Star and last Saturday he hit Erakor first goal in 15 minutes.
After he scored, he felt down on his knees and gave God the glory.
A report by Vanuafoot says Daniel is a strong player and always plays with his heart and continues to run until the final whistle.
He is strong and if you want to stop him, you have to be physically fit and last Saturday he was just so good and shone for the stars in style.
His goal last Saturday opened the door for Jacky Ruben to add Erakor’s second goal in the first half and two more goals from striker Tony Kaltack in the second half.
Daniel will now train with his fellow strikers, Tony and Kalfter Kaltack for the OFC Champions League in 2017.
Erakor Golden Stars qualified for the OFC Champions League as a result of their win last Saturday.
