VASANOC launches new website

The Vanuatu Association of Sports And National Olympic Committee (VASANOC) has launched a new website at www.vasanoc.org.

The website offers a much more user friendly and updated interface allowing for better use and updated integration to the public.

It also features an updated design and easy to access information to help viewers get to know VASANOC staff and services better.

Visitors are encouraged to explore the newly launched site and subscribe to the VASANOC newsletter to get insights on what is happening in the Olympic Movement across the country.

The newly designed website also features improved insight into the newly integrated Zeus system, designed to help National Federations keep track of data for athletes particularly travel details.

VASANOC Media and Communications officer, Jamal Vira, was very pleased with the website.

”The website is a huge achievement for us, and to have been able to do it after we lost our former website through sporting pulse was even better. But yeah the new website is a step up for our organization for sure and I am so pleased that our National Federations now have a much simpler way to access files for funding and to find out more about what’s happening in sport around Vanuatu,” Vira said.

Vira adds, “The way the website is designed is also for all our mobile friendly users, with so much of Vanuatu now accessing most things through their phones the addition of a mobile friendly site is essential and now allows athletes and National Federations alike to access our information on the go.”
