With the theme “Antibiotics: Handle with Care” the Ministry of Health will be conducting activities to promote the importance of preventing and managing antibiotic resistance within Vanuatu.
These activities include press releases, radio interviews, a mass SMS campaign, information sessions for health professionals, and the broadcasting of short videos on antibiotic resistance and an antibiotic awareness information day at Vila Central Hospital.
