Boks yet to decide on which competition to play

The Springboks have not been in action since lifting the World Cup in Japan last year, and face an uncertain schedule in the remainder of 2020 as travel restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic limit their ability to tackle multiple tours.

South African Rugby chief executive Jurie Roux said they were hoping to start an eight-team domestic competition in either late August or early September to prepare players for an international window somewhere between October and December.

Launch of Protect Pacific Whales Facebook Competition to celebrate World Biodiversity Day

The competition was launched in celebration of World Biodiversity Day on 22 May.

The competition calls for residents of SPREP's island member countries and territories to submit either an original artwork or photograph inspired by Pacific whales in order to enter. The entries will then be open to public voting through liking the submission they best prefer. The winner will be selected based on the most popular entry.

Yatel beat Seveners top Pool C

Lolo Bahormal and Henry Silas were heroes after both players’ netted two goals each and one from Tio Mael as the Blues top Pool C with six points.

Yatel FC main sponsor, Glen Hoey from New Zealand saluted his players for a win over Seveners United yesterday and encouraged them to continue to play good football in the competition.
