Buckingham Palace accused of double standards over Meghan bullying probe

The allegations were made against the Duchess of Sussex in an article by The Times yesterday, in which the complaint claimed Meghan "drove two personal assistants out of the household and was undermining the confidence of a third staff member".

The complaint was reportedly made in October 2018 by Jason Knauf, who was Harry and Meghan's communications secretary at the time.

Meghan has denied allegations of bullying after a complaint was made by one of her advisers during her time at Kensington Palace, saying she is "saddened by this attack on her character".

Singer Sir Elton John, presenter James Corden, author Matt Haig, tennis player Naomi Osaka and others feature on the first episode of Archewell Audio.

It is the first fruit of Prince Harry and Meghan's podcast deal with Spotify.

"No matter what life throws at you guys, trust us when we say, love wins," Meghan tells listeners.

The couple do not directly discuss their personal experiences of 2020, which started with them announcing they would step back as "senior" royals, before moving to the US.

Harry and Meghan to make shows with Netflix

"Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope," said Prince Harry and wife Meghan.

"As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us," they continued.

Netflix chief Ted Sarandos said he was "incredibly proud" the royal couple had made the company "their creative home".

The multi-year deal will encompass documentaries, docu-series, feature films, scripted shows and children's programming.

Canada to stop paying Harry and Meghan's security

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have been providing assistance to the couple since their arrival in Canada "intermittently since November 2019".

It had not been clear whether Canadians would be paying for their security following their move.

The couple will formally step down as senior royals from 31 March.

They will no longer carry out duties on behalf of the Queen but arrangements will be reviewed after 12 months.

They have indicated that they will split their time between the UK and North America.

Duke and Duchess of Sussex issue legal warning over photos

Lawyers say the photos of the duchess walking her dogs and carrying her son were taken by photographers hiding in bushes and spying on her.

They say she did not consent and accuse the photographers of harassment.

The couple say that they are prepared to take legal action.

They are believed to be alarmed by paparazzi activity near their current base on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

Lawyers say there have also been attempts to photograph inside their home using long-range lenses and they accuse the paparazzi of being camped outside the property.

Harry and Meghan drop royal duties and HRH titles

The couple will also no longer formally represent The Queen.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex intend to repay £2.4m of taxpayer money for the refurbishment of Frogmore Cottage, which will remain their UK family home, the statement added.

The new arrangement comes into effect in spring this year, the palace said.

The statement comes after senior royals held talks on Monday about the future role for the couple, who this month announced they wanted to "step back" as senior royals.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan send prayers to those caught up in Australian wildfires

The royal couple have urged for people to help support the relief effort as the wildfires continue to grow, having already destroyed more than 1,400 homes and claiming at least 23 lives.

They shared on Instagram: "Our thoughts and prayers are with those across Australia who are continuing to face the devastating fires that have been raging for months.

Meghan Markle and Beyoncé Just Met at Lion King Premiere

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry hugged and shared a conversation with Beyoncé, who wore a custom gold pleated gown with a thigh-high slit by Cong Tri, and her husband JAY-Z at the London premiere of The Lion King on Sunday. The singer voices Nala in the new live-action revamp of the beloved 1994 Disney film.

While Meghan has walked plenty of red carpets as an actress, Sunday marked her first film premiere as a royal. She and Harry left 2-month-old son Archie at home for the night out, where they also had run-ins with several cast members.

Meghan Markle's angry sister heading to London, wants to confront royals

Samantha Markle has been travelling in Italy, and the 53-year-old is determined to meet with the Duchess of Sussex before she returns home to the United States.

Her publicist Rob Cooper made a series of vaguely threatening tweets on Monday (local time), claiming that Ms Markle had tried to organise a one-on-one meeting with the Duchess, but her pleas had gone ignored by Kensington Palace.

"Samantha Markle is coming to the UK," Mr Cooper promised. "I currently have Samantha in Europe with just one short flight away."
