Vanuatu Police seek details on whereabouts of theft suspect

Shem, whom Police have described as a high risk prisoner is wanted in connection with recent thefts.

Police said the suspect is a high risk prisoner that was out on parole and is involving again in some criminal in the areas of Port Vila.

The public is being urged to come forward with any information that may lead to Shem’s arrest.

Thieves inflict first loss of the season on the NZ Warriors

Sunday night's Ed Sheeran concert at Mt Smart prevented Warriors staff from gaining access to the club's headquarters to store playing gear and other equipment, including GPS trackers and game jerseys, after returning from Canberra.

They were forced to temporarily stash it away in an unmarked van outside a staff member's home on Auckland's North Shore, where it was pillaged overnight.

Warriors CEO Cameron George said they were "devastated" by the turn of events.

Nadene Lomu reveals theft from Jonah Lomu's grave

In an emotional Facebook post, Lomu said "it saddens me that our sons things they choose for you keep being taken off & taken away from yr place of rest".

She said "a child's love is innocent & pure", and said the removal of the tokens from the grave of the legendary All Black rugby player had hurt her two sons.
