Swiss city Basel 'reverses' Pokemon Go to boost tourism

Basel Tourism teamed up with marketing agency Fadeout to present a "reverse" Pokemon Go.

Now people are the ones being hunted in a twist on the global gaming craze.

Targeting young people, Basel Tourism told the BBC the video was showing off the city's attractions, such as "the beautiful Old Town, the river Rhine and its bridges".

 

Vanuatu tourism invites return of Air New Zealand and Virgin

RNZI reports the $US1.2 million dollar repair work, which began in late February, was carried out after safety concerns raised about the Bauerfield runway in January led to the suspension of Virgin Australia and Air New Zealand flights to Port Vila.

The chairman of the Vanuatu Hotels and Resorts Association said the industry suffered greatly from the suspension.
