Vanuatu Sports Commission signs agreement with TVL

Vanuatu National Sports Commission (VNSC) and Telecom Vanuatu Limited (TVL) have signed a 'Facility User Agreement' for the use of Korman Sports Facility in Port Vila.

The agreement was signed between the chairman of Vanuatu National Sports Commission, who is also the Director General of the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports (MoYDS), Henry Vira and the CEO of Telecom Vanuatu Limited, Balen Lutchmoodoo at the Korman Sports complex in Port Vila.

MoYDS stated that under the agreement, TVL will have the right to install telecommunications apparatus know as substation to boost mobile and Internet signal, coverage to surrounding areas and beyond as well as use the facility for conducting of such business activities.

Mr Lutcmoodoo thank the VNSC and the government for allowing TVL to conduct its activities within the Korman Sports complex area.

"TVL will make sure that the new apparatus will provide high speed internet and mobile coverage in Korman Sports complex and the surrounding areas"

DG Vira acknowledged TVL for the agreement and welcome TVL to work in partnership with the VNSC.
The signing will be valid for 3 years.
