Irene O'Shea jumped into the record books yesterday two years after she also skydived to mark her 100th birthday.
SA Skydiving has congratulated the great-grandmother on her achievement after she jumped in tandem with instructor Jed Smith.
"An incredible woman, achieving incredible things," the company said.
Ms O'Shea's son-in-law Mike FitzHenry said there was no talking her out of Sunday's jump.
"No, not with Irene O'Shea, you don't try and talk her out of anything," Mr FitzHenry told radio FIVEaa.
