Ken Kahu and Elie Enock are being accompanied by coach Odile Siro.
Kahu will be competing in the Men's Ambulant Javelin while Enock will participate in the Women's Seated Shot Put.
The team is said to be excited to do its best and make Vanuatu proud on this next step on the path to the Tokyo2020 Paralympics.
The 2019 Para Athletics Championships will be held from 9-15 November in Dubai.
