Starting from the 1st of May 2019 Vanuatu’s leading suppliers of outboard engines, marine products and renewable energy have teamed up with Vanuatu Agricultural Supplies in Santo (VAS Santo) to fully service the people of Luganville and surrounding Northe
VAS Santo is now fully stocked and operational with a large range of Mercury outboard motors, spare parts and marine accessories. There is also a mechanic on site for repairs if required.
In the renewable section VAS Santo now has a large range of solar panels, batteries, inverters, regulators and DC freezer packages along with all solar accessories. VAS Santo now supports the following well-known brands in the Northern region with warranty and after sales service. The brands are Mercury Outboards, BLA marine accessories, Land N Sea marine accessories, Attwood products, Victron Energy, Morningstar regulators, Outback Power products and the ever popular Sundanzer solar refrigeration products.
VAS Santo branch manager Mr Mark Austin says “now the people of Santo and surrounding areas have access to a large range of marine and solar products through the partnership arrangement with Vila Marine and Energy 4 All. We have worked hard to ensure that prices on products in Santo are approximately the same as retail prices in Port Vila where possible with only marginal differences in the domestic freight costs. It really is an exciting opportunity, not just for the company, but mainly for the people and residents of the entire Northern region of Vanuatu. We intend to continue to expand our range as customer demand increases”
In the coming months the people of Santo will be able to purchase the range of new fibreglass 7mtr long boats that are manufactured on site at Vila Marines premises in Salili, Vanuatu. This will continue to contribute to the economic development of Santo as a whole through increased access to affordable transportation and fishing boats that are built to international standards.
