"The workshop helps empower young people, mothers and fathers to better understand that it is important to do planning in their life and that the planning will determined their future,"  Mrs Borugu said.

The training focused on six different sessions of the road map which includes, planning for the future, making money last until the next payday, needs and wants, budgeting, assertiveness and commitment to action.

Most of the participants said the workshop helped them to better understand how to spend and manage their incomes.

Mrs Borugu said they will deliver the workshop to youths around the country.
