The Interplast Australia & New Zealand team will be at Port Vila Central Hospital from 2 – 9 September.
The team will include physiotherapist, Linda Fredheim who will provide training to local physiotherapists.
The programme aims to increase the skills of ni-Vanuatu allied health professionals in the rehabilitation of patients following plastic and reconstructive surgery, by supporting a volunteer physiotherapist to spend a week working with staff at the hospital.
