Police in Port Vila are calling on the public to help locate a suspect in relation to the alleged murder of a student of Montmartre School, whose body was found in Teouma Garden last week.
Police have named the suspect as John Etienne of Tongoa Island.
Etienne has fled Port Vila according to Police records and is still on the run.
Police have reminded the public to refrain from harbouring the suspect or they will be prosecuted.
According to a statement from the police, they are still looking for the suspect and they are appealing to the community leaders and the chiefs to assist to try to locate the suspect.

The female student who was still dressed in her school uniform was found dead on Wednesday afternoon.
