Police have named the suspect as John Etienne of Tongoa Island.
Etienne has fled Port Vila according to Police records and is still on the run.
Police have reminded the public to refrain from harbouring the suspect or they will be prosecuted.
According to a statement from the police, they are still looking for the suspect and they are appealing to the community leaders and the chiefs to assist to try to locate the suspect.
