I am happy to score for Amicale: Diego

Top scorer of the Grand Casino Cup 2016, Diego Nadaja of Argentina said he is happy to be part of Amicale FC and wants to score more goals for his new club.

The Argentinian who played his first international match with Amicale FC against Apia Tigers of Australia last weekend was voted the best scorer after he netted two goals in two matches at Port Vila stadium.

“I am a bit upset because we didn’t win the tournament but at the end of the day it is only a friendly to help us prepare for the champions league competition in April.” Said Diego Nadaja.

“I am very happy to score two goals in two matches and thank you to my friends who helped me score.”

“What I want to do is to score more goals for the club and help Amicale win matches.”

“I am sure if all goes well, we will be ready to put in a good performance in New Zealand.”

"I'm feeling good and am happy. I'm at a club that looks after me and thank the club management for their support.”

“I'm happy to be part of the best team in the Vanuatu.” He said.

Apia Tigers FC coaches and players admitted that Amicale FC is not an easy team to beat and wished the Reds all the best in the OFC Champions League in New Zealand.
