Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and Bio-security (MALFFB), Matai Seremaiah told participants that more training will enable students to learn techniques about planting potatoes and other agricultural crops.
He also assured everyone that a tractor would be available soon to help them with farming.
A group of women from the island also thanked the Ministry for introducing them to organic farming techniques that enabled to grow potatoes and other crops.
