The award was presented to the Prime Minister of Vanuatu, Sato Kilman during the 150th anniversary of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to recognise Vanuatu’s achievements in the Information, Communications and Technologies (ICT) sector.
The award highlights the successes of both the government and the private sectors in terms of investment, innovation and actions to facilitate the greater access to information, communications and technologies.
